What happens when you ask for something

A worked example: you send a message saying a job is finished and needs invoicing.

  1. STEP 01
    You ask, in your own words

    By message, text, WhatsApp or email. There is no command syntax and no form to fill in.

  2. STEP 02
    Your client details are removed

    Before anything reaches a language model, names, numbers and figures are replaced with placeholders. The model never sees your client.

  3. STEP 03
    It works out what you meant

    The request becomes a precise, fixed set of instructions — which record, which amount, which template, in which order.

  4. STEP 04
    Those instructions are checked

    Is anything missing, is the order right, does this need your approval? Anything incomplete stops here rather than being guessed at.

  5. STEP 05
    Ordinary software does the work

    The AI is disconnected at this point. A conventional engine carries out the instructions exactly as written, and your real client details are reattached only at this final step.

  6. STEP 06
    You get a plain confirmation

    What was done, or what needs your decision before it can be.

Why it is built this way. Most AI tools leave the model in the loop, acting on live data and guessing when it is unsure. On a ledger, a guess is a wrong invoice. Here the model plans and ordinary software executes — so there is nothing left to hallucinate by the time your records are touched.

Message it the way you message anyone. For field and trade work this is how it gets used almost entirely — quotes from the van, invoices from the job.
From a browser
A calm workspace for when you want to see the whole picture: what is outstanding, what is coming, what needs a decision.
By your clients
A private page where they approve quotes, download invoices and pay — with no account and nothing to install.

What it deliberately doesn't do

Scope discipline is worth more to you than a longer feature list.

  • No drag-and-drop website builder. Sites are generated from what your business actually is, and edited in plain language.
  • No visual automation canvas. If you are debugging a logic tree, you have become an IT administrator again.
  • No general ledger or tax filing. It produces clean records; your accountant does accounting.
  • No holding your money. Payments run through established providers straight to your account.
  • No inventory or supply chain. Physical product businesses are not who this is for.

Questions people ask

How long does setup take?
If you are starting out, you can be running the same day — there is nothing to connect. If you already use tools like Xero or Google Workspace, connecting them takes a few minutes each, and it learns your patterns from there rather than asking you to configure them.
Do I have to stop using what I have?
No. Connect what you already run and keep it. Everything IniDeck provides natively is there for the things you have not bought yet, or want to stop paying for.
What happens when it does not understand something?
It stops and asks. Ambiguity is treated as a reason to check with you, not a reason to pick the most likely option and continue.
Can it do things without asking me?
Only routine, reversible things you have explicitly allowed. Anything that reaches a client or changes money always waits for approval.
What if I want to leave?
Export your records at any time. Your domain stays yours. There is no lock-in beyond the month you are paying for.
