We keep this list short deliberately. Every entry is a company that can touch data on our behalf, and every addition is a decision we have to justify.
Current sub-processors
Cloud hosting and database — running the product and storing your workspace.
Payment processing — handling card and bank payments. Card details are never held by IniDeck.
Email and messaging delivery — sending the communications you approve.
Language model providers — used only to interpret requests, and only ever receiving masked placeholders in place of your clients' names and figures.
Error monitoring and analytics — understanding faults and usage.
Notice of changes
We will give notice before adding a sub-processor that can access customer data, so you have the opportunity to object.

The named list, with locations and transfer mechanisms, is available on request to any customer or prospective customer under evaluation.
