Getting started
What do I need before I sign up?
Nothing. An email address is enough. If you already run tools like Xero or Google Workspace, have them handy — connecting each takes a couple of minutes.
How do I tell it about my business?
In plain language, the first time you use it: what you do, what you charge, how you like things worded. It builds on that as you work rather than asking you to fill in a setup wizard.
How do I message it from my phone?
Connect the number or account you want to use — WhatsApp, SMS or email — and message it the way you would message anyone. There is no separate app to install.
Can I try it without connecting anything real?
Yes. Create a workspace and quote a made-up job. Nothing is sent to anyone until you approve it.
Something looks wrong on a document. What do I do?
Change it before it goes out — nothing is sent without your approval. If the same thing keeps coming back wrong, tell us, because that is a fault on our side rather than yours.
How do I cancel?
From your workspace settings, without emailing anyone. Your workspace stays live until the end of the period you have paid for and you can export everything.
