These are the terms on which you use IniDeck. We have kept them in plain language, which does not make them less binding.
The service
IniDeck prepares and, on your instruction, sends business documents and communications, and keeps records of them.
You remain responsible for your business. IniDeck acts on your instructions and within the boundaries you set; it does not provide accounting, legal or financial advice.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including anything approved by people you give access to.
You must have the right to use any client data you put into IniDeck, and to communicate with the people you ask us to contact.
Approvals and accuracy
Documents and messages are prepared for your review. Anything that cannot be undone waits for your approval.
You are responsible for checking documents before they are sent. We take considerable care with accuracy, but the final responsibility for what goes to your client is yours.
Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on the cycle you choose, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We will give reasonable notice before changing prices. You can cancel before a change takes effect.
Acceptable use
You may not use IniDeck to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Our acceptable use policy sets this out more fully and forms part of these terms.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays available until the end of the paid period, and you can export your records.
We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
