We hire rarely, and carefully.
There is no long list of open roles. When we add someone it is because a specific thing is not getting done well enough, and we would rather wait for the right person than fill a seat.
No open roles right now. If you have read what we are building and think you should be working on it anyway, write to [email protected] and tell us what you would fix first. That gets read properly.
What working here is like
The customer is a sole trader
Not an enterprise buyer, not a procurement committee. If a feature needs a tutorial, we got it wrong.
Correctness over cleverness
The product touches invoices and client money. "Usually right" is not a standard we accept anywhere near a ledger.
Small team, real ownership
You will own areas rather than tickets, and you will talk to customers directly.
Melbourne and remote
We work across Australia and Sri Lanka, in overlapping hours rather than fully asynchronously.
