IniDeck communicates with real people on your behalf. That imposes limits, and they are not negotiable.
Messaging other people
Only contact people who have a genuine business relationship with you or who have asked to hear from you.
No unsolicited bulk messaging, by email, SMS or any other channel. Anti-spam law applies to messages we send for you, and breaching it puts both of us at risk.
Honour opt-outs immediately and permanently.
Content
Nothing unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or designed to deceive the recipient about who is contacting them or why.
No impersonation of another business or person.
The service itself
No attempts to gain unauthorised access, to probe or disrupt the service, or to circumvent limits.
No reselling or providing the service to a third party as though it were your own, without an agreement with us.
Enforcement
We may suspend an account immediately where there is a serious risk to recipients or to the service, and will explain why.
