# IniDeck

> IniDeck is a dedicated operations partner for small businesses. It prepares quotes, sends invoices, answers clients and keeps records straight — in the background, from wherever the owner already works. It is built for solo operators and teams under about ten people: tradies, consultants, agencies, IT services, freelancers and new businesses.

IniDeck uses AI only to understand what a person is asking for. That intent is turned into a fixed set of instructions, the model is disconnected, and ordinary deterministic software carries the instructions out. This means the AI never acts on live invoices or client records, and nothing is guessed on financial data. Client names and figures are replaced with placeholders before any request reaches a language model.
